SGA Biography Latonya Tucker

After working as a telemarketer, Latonya Tucker joined AIL almost 10 years ago and hasn’t looked back.  Currently a State General Agent in Missouri and Illinois, she came on board in 2001 and was promoted to Supervising Agent the following year.  In 2004, she was promoted to General Agent and to Master General Agent in 2005.  From 2005 to 2007 she ran a satellite office and opened a new office in 2008.  The following year, she was promoted to State General Agent and moved to Missouri to start her own Agency.

What attracted her to American Income Life Insurance Company?  “My faith in God, and a sharply dressed Manager with a nice looking office sold me the dream.  It has been very rewarding for me to have my two sisters join me at AIL and to watch their lifestyles change.  It also has been rewarding to be able to mentor people from all walks of life and give them hope.”

What’s her advice to those thinking about joining American Income Life?  “Quit thinking about it and commit to giving it 100 percent and watch your lifestyle change.  I remember I literally saved $30,000 in one year, had my first four-bedroom home built, and completely furnished every room using cash!”

Her church is very important in Latonya’s life. “I sing in my church choir every Sunday, and I’m part of a prayer group that meets every morning at seven through a conference line.  I give 10 percent of my income to my church and have not missed by one dollar since I started with AIL in 2001.  Aside from God’s will for my life, this American Income Life opportunity is the biggest I have ever been a part of.  It’s been almost 10 years, and I’m still excited, motivated, and feel blessed to be chosen.”
